Equipment Rental Terms and Conditions

Item List & Fees:
The detailed list of rental items along with associated fees will be provided to the Client as a formal quote in an email or document. This quote will outline the specific items, quantities, and pricing for the requested rental.
Item Availability:
Please note that the availability of some rental items may be subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable due to prior damage or being already rented, Ivory Events will make every effort to either replace it with a similar item or remove it from the quote. Any adjustments will be discussed and confirmed with the Client.
Rental Period:
The rental period for the equipment is as follows:
Delivery: Rental items will be delivered on the day of the event at the agreed-upon time. The rental items will be picked up on the same day, typically after the event concludes.
**If alternative delivery arrangements are necessary, we're flexible and can accommodate.**
Pickup: Rental items may be picked up one day before the event. All items must be returned by the morning following the event, no later than 11am.
Item Packing:
Clients are responsible for returning all items in their original condition and packaging as received. This includes all storage containers and accessories. Any missing or damaged packaging may result in additional charges.
Payment:
The balance for the rental items is due in full two weeks prior to the event. Payment arrangements can be discussed, but the full payment is still required two weeks before the event.
Payment Security Deposit:
Not applicable on every rental order.
A payment security deposit of $200 is due at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable upon the return of items in good condition.
Damages:
If the cost of damages to the equipment exceeds the $200 security deposit, the Client is liable for the amount exceeding $200. Any damages will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be communicated to the Client.
Liability:
The Client assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the equipment during the rental period. This includes ensuring that the equipment is used, stored, and handled with care to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
